24小时动态脑电图对儿童外侧裂癫癎的诊断价值及随访观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨24小时动态脑电图对儿童外侧裂癫癎的诊断价值及随访观察。方法:对105例临床诊断为儿童外侧裂癫癎的患儿进行常规脑电图和24小时动态脑电图检查,并对检查结果进行对比分析。结果:常规脑电图描记时出现异常放电21例(20%),在24小时动态脑电图描记时,全部病例均有异常放电,在随访观察中,儿童外侧裂癫癎临床发作停止2年脑电图异常放电会消失。结论:24小时动态脑电图对儿童外侧裂癫癎有重要诊断价值。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of 24 hour ambulatory EEG （ AEEG ） and follow-up observations in children with lateral fissure epilepsy. Methods： The routine EEG and AEEG were examined in 105 children with lateral fissure epilepsy diagnosed clinically, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results： The routine EEG abnormal discharge was 21 cases （ 20% ） , AEEG abnormal discharge was all cases. In the follow-up observation, when epileptic seizures stopped for 2 years, the abnormal discharge will disappear. Conclusion： 24-hour ambulatory electoencephalogram （ AEEG ） has an important diagnostic value in children with lateral fissurte epilepsy.
