摘　　要：企业核心价值观是企业实现可持续发展的决定性因素,而员工价值观从一定程度上又决定了企业核心价值观的效用。在梳理已有文献的基础上,从员工价值观理论基础、企业效能及员工价值观构建等方面总结国内外学者研究成果,理清企业员工价值观的研究线索,分析已有研究存在的问题以及研究的空白领域。Enterprise＇ s core values is a main factor of sustainable development of enterprises, and the employee values determines the effectiveness of enterprise core values from a certain extent. On the ba- sis of combing the existing literature, we summarizes the theoretical basis, and employee enterprise effi- ciency values of the employees to build domestic and foreign scholars research achievements. Then the sort research clues of enterprise staff values are concluded to analyze the problems existing in the exist- ing research and study of blank areas.
