摘  要:恶性肿瘤是人类健康的重大威胁。化疗是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分,但肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的抵抗影响着化疗的疗效。国内外一些研究表明,肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)在治疗P糖蛋白介导的多药耐药肿瘤上有独特作用。在部分肿瘤中TRAIL能通过特定分子机制调控P-糖蛋白,进而产生逆转肿瘤耐药的生物学效应。该文对上述研究的进展予以综述。Cancer is a major threat to human health. Chemotherapy is an important part of the compre- hensive treatment to the malignant tumor, however the resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs affects the efficacy. Studies have shown that tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) has a unique role in the treatment of P-glycoprotein-mediated multi-drug resistant tumor. TRAIL can regulate P-glycoprotein through some specific molecular mechanisms and, thus, reverse multi drug resistance in some tumors. Here is to make a review of the research progress mentioned above.
