阿米福汀在头颈肿瘤放疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：放疗是治疗头颈部肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一,但往往不可避免地出现黏膜炎、吞咽困难和重度口腔干燥等不良反应,严重影响了患者的生存质量。阿米福汀是一种细胞保护剂,可以对颌下腺、腮腺、口腔黏膜等起保护作用而不影响抗肿瘤效果,可减轻放疗带来的不良反应,显著提高患者的生存质量。阿米福汀静脉给药有一定不良反应,皮下注射操作方便且不良反应小。Radiotherapy is one of the vital treatments to head and neck tumors, though the side effects like mucotitis, dysphagia and xerostomia, may inevitably come up, severely affecting the life quality of the pa- tients. Amifostine,as one of cell protectauts can protect parotid gland submandibular gland and oral mucosa without reducing anti-tumor efficiency, thus Can reduce the side effect caused by radiation, and significantly increase the life quality of the patients. The administration by intravenous injection can bring some side effects,while subcutaneous injection is more easier with less side effects.
