摘　　要：单胺类神经递质受体学说是抑郁症发病的核心学说之一。为深入探讨5-羟色胺受体(5-HTR)与抑郁症发病机制的密切联系,该文通过检索近年国内外相关文献,回顾动物实验和临床试验等方面的相关研究,着重从5-HTR过度表达及其对神经发生的影响、单胺类神经递质抑制等方面揭示5-HTR对抑郁症发病的影响,有利于进一步归类研究5-HTR及其与抑郁症相关性和新型抗抑郁药物的研发。Monoamine neurotransmitter receptors doctrine is one of the core theories of depression. In order to discuss the close correlation between 5-HT receptor （5-HTR） and the pathogcnesis of depression, through retrieval of related domestic and foreign literature in recent years and review of the animal experi- ments and clinical trials, here reveals the influence of 5-HTR on the pathogenesis of depression emphatically from the 5-HTR excessive expression and its influence on neurogenesis, monoamine neurotransmitter suppres- sion and so on, which is helpful to classified study of 5-HTR and its correlation with depression and the research and development of new type of antidepressant drugs.
