摘　　要：人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)是一种原癌基因,其与多种肿瘤的发生、发展及预后关系密切,通过下游信号的转导参与肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、浸润及转移等的调控。HER-2的过表达与肿瘤患者不良总体预后相关。作为胃癌预后指标、治疗反应预测指标、治疗靶点,其可预测新辅助化疗的疗效,HER-2已成为国际肿瘤生物治疗的热点。该文就HER-2的生物学特征、作用机制、检测方法及与胃癌生物学行为关系的研究作一综述。HER-2 is a protooncogene closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of tumor. It participates the gene regulation of tumor cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis through the down- stream signal transduetion pathway. Overexpression of HER-2 gene is closely correlated with the overall poor prognosis of tumor patients. HER-2 as a prognostic indicator of gastric cancer, treatment response predictor, therapeutic targets and neoadjuvant chemotherapy effect predictor, has become a hotspot in the interffational tumor biological treatment field. Here is to make a review of HER-2 biological features, functioning mecha- nisms, testing methods and relationship with gastric cancer biological behavior.
