摘 要:针对目前首钢水城钢铁(集团)有限责任公司高炉入炉烧结矿Al2O3/SiO2质量比值变化波动大的问题,通过实验室烧结矿试验和烧结矿冶金性能测试方法,研究了Al2O3/SiO2质量比值对烧结矿冷强度性能、还原性能和低温粉化性能的影响,以及与烧结矿中FeO含量的关系。结果表明:Al2O3/SiO2对烧结矿冷强度影响明显。当Al2O3/SiO2在质量比值0.3~0.35时,烧结矿的冷强度较好,可达84%;当Al2O3/SiO2质量比值大于0.35后,冷强度随Al2O3/SiO2的升高而显著下降,碱度为2.0,燃料配为6.5%;当Al2O3/SiO2质量比值为0.35时,烧结矿还原指数达92%,还原粉化RDI+3.15,为67%;当Al2O3/SiO2质量比值在0.25~0.45间变化时,烧结矿中FeO的含量并没有出现有规律的变化,只是在8%~10%间波动。In allusion to the issues of Al2O3/SiO2 ratio of sinter changes in volatility, the effect of the Al2O3/SiO2 ratio to cold strength properties, reductive properties, reduction degradation index and re- lationship with FeO content were researched, through laboratory sintering tests and metallurgical prop- erties of sinter test methods. The results show that the influence of Al2O3/SiO2 ratio on sinter for its cold strength properties is obvious. When Al2O3/SIO2 ratio is at 0.3-0.35, the cold strength property is best which reaches to 84%. But when Al2O3/SiO2 ratio is higher than 0.35, the cold strength de- creases significantly with AI203/SiO2ratio elevating. When alkalinity at 2.0, fuel ratio at 6.5% and AI203/SiO2 ratio at 0. 35, Sinter reduction index reached 92% , and reduction degradation index was 67% does . Moreover, when Al2O3/SiO2 ratio changed between 0.25 and 0.45, the FeO content of sinter not appear to have the law changed, only to fluctuate between 8% and 10%
