摘  要:对见血青的化学成分进行了系统分析。将见血青干燥全草粉碎后用70%乙醇回流提取,得到的浸膏依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、甲醇进行正相硅胶柱层析,所得各洗脱流分采用气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析鉴定其成分,并运用气相色谱峰面积百分比法确定其相对百分含量。结果表明:见血青各极性部位共检测出70个峰,鉴定出45个化合物。该结果为全面认识见血青化学成分和药理作用提供了参考依据。To analyze the chemical constituents systematically from Liparis nervosa, the air-dried whole plant of Liparis nervosa were extracted with 70% ethanol using reflow extraction. The residue was chromatographed on normal phase silica gels eluting with petroleum, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and methanol respectively. Then the eluates were identified by GC-MS, and their relative percentages were determined by the peak area percentage method. Results show that 70 peaks are detected from fractions of different polarity of Liparis nervosa, 45 compounds have been identified. The research pro- vides a reference basis for the study of chemical constituents and pharmaceutical activities of Liparis nervosa.
