摘 要:目前使用的励磁控制器多基于传统单片机或模拟集成电路设计,其运算速度低、接口少、扩展有限、内存较小,导致程序的移植性较差且升级修改困难。针对这些不足设计了一种基于Cortex-M0的高精度励磁数字触发系统,触发脉冲方式为双窄脉冲,使用处理器内部的定时匹配输出产生触发脉冲,具备可选手动给定和多种通讯给定。实验和实地使用表明:该励磁系统操作灵活,具有精度高、功能强大、易于移植、可靠性高等优势,使水电机组的励磁控制能力得到明显提升。Currently-used excitation controllers are designed on the basis of general singlechip or ana- log integrated circuit, and they have such defects as low operation speed, few interfaces, limited ex- pansibility as well as poor portability and difficult updating resulted from their small memory. In re- sponse to those defects, we designed, based on Cortex-MO, a highly precise excitation digital trigger system which had double narrow pulses, used internal timer processor to generate trigger pulses and had manual optional setting and multiple communication setting modes. Our experiments and practical uses indicate that the new system is precise, powerful, easy to transplant and reliable, and that these advantages can lead to significant improvement of the controlling ability of hydroelectric machines.
