摘　　要：针对自主创新型企业合作文化的建设,对武汉城市圈光谷地区部分企业进行问卷调查研究。针对武汉城市圈自主创新型企业合作文化的现存问题,提出了相应的建议,分析了自主创新企业合作文化构建的要素和构建过程中需要遵守的主要原则,最后探讨了自主创新企业合作文化构建的基本路径。To construct the corporate cooperative culture of independent innovation enterprises, a questionnaire about the status quo has been done in Guanggu urban agglomeration,Wuhan. In the paper,pieces of advice are given to remove the existing disadvantages, the elements and principles are analyzed, and the ways and means are designed on the construction of corporate cooperative culture in independent innovation enterprises.
