摘　　要：个体的隐性知识与人有密切的关系,包含有经验因素、技术因素、认知因素、情感因素和信仰因素。基于这种观点,可将图书馆员隐性知识存量测评的指标体系设置为5个一级指标和16个二级指标。运用层次分析法,通过定量与定性分析确定各指标的权重,建立了一个比较科学和实用的图书馆员隐性知识存量评价指标体系。There is a dose relationship between tacit knowledge and individual, including experience factors, technical factors, cognitive factors, emotional factors and belief factors. Based on this viewpoint, we can set up the assessment index sys- tem of librarian tacit knowledge stock of 5 first class indexes and 16 two level index. By using the analyfie hierarchy process, we can determine the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the weight of each index and establish a scientific and practical librarian tacit knowledge stock evaluation index system.
