摘　　要：梳理了军队医药卫生科技查新机构的发展历程,分析了军队医药卫生科技查新机构的发展现状及存在问题,提出了重视人才培养、优化资源建设、开展考评工作等建议。The development history of medical and health literature novelty assessment institutions in Chinese PLA was described followed by an analysis of their current situation and problems with suggestions put forward for their solution , such as attaching importance to the training of persons engaged in medical and health literature novelty assess-ment, optimizing resource development , and carrying out inspection and assessment .
