摘　　要：中医专科医师的培养关系到中医的未来和发展,临床思维和临床决策能力的培养是中医专科医师培训的重点。采用多种方式加强专科医师临床思维和临床决策能力的培养,对中医专科医师进行规范化培训,可有效防范医疗纠纷,提高医疗质量。Chinese medicine specialist training in relation to the future and development of traditional Chinese medicine , the cultivation of clinical thinking and clinical derision-making ability is the focus of the specialist training. Using a variety of ways to strengthen the training of junior doc- tors in their clinical thinking and clinical decision-making ability,standardize the training of specialists,can effectively reduce medical disputes,im- prove the quality of medical care.
