摘　　要：目的了解我国省级新农合信息平台建设现状,分析存在问题。方法通过调查问卷方式对全国28个开展新农合信息化建设的省(区、市)新农合信息平台建设现状开展调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果全国已有24个省级新农合信息平台投入运行,平均数据存储量为263GB,主要存储了参合数据、住院和门诊补偿数据等,实现了对新农合制度运行的业务监测和基金监管等功能。结论我国省级新农合信息平台建设已初具规模,但在数据标准、数据利用和信息公开方面还需进一步加强。Objective To understand the status of provincial NRCMS information platform construction in China, and analyze problems. Methods A survey was carried out using a questionnaire among 28 provinces （autonomous regions and municipalities） which implement NRCMS. Results There are 24 NRCMS information platforms had been implemented, average data volume was 263GB. The main data content is participating data, inpatient reimbursement data, outpatient reimbursement data and so on. Most platforms realized required functions, such as business surveillance. Conclusion Provincial NRCMS information platform construction in China should further strengthened data standards, utilization and information disclosure.
