摘　　要：教育工作是一个以教书育人为目的的特殊领域。教育行业中的共产党员认真贯彻落实党的群众路线,要做到让人民群众满意、让学生满意、让同行满意、让自己满意。其中,让自己满意是底线,让群众、学生满意是宗旨,让同行和同事满意是方法。Education is a typical field aiming at teaching to cultivate talents. In implementing the Party＇ s Mass Line, Party members of the CPC in the field of education should make efforts to realize satisfaction coming from the masses, students, colleagues and themselves. Of the four aspects of satisfaction, to have self-satisfaction is the minimum requirement, to have satisfaction from the masses and the students is the final goal and to have satisfaction from colleagues or co-workers is the method.
