摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞胶囊对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响以及用药后的不良反应。方法入选本院80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损情况。结果经治疗后,治疗组评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞胶囊有助于改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及生活自理能力。Objective To observe the effect of dl-3n-butylphthalide soft capsule in acute cerebral infarct. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarct were chosen and divided randomly two groups. 40 cases of patients in control group were given conventional drug treatment. 40 cases of patients in treatment group were given conventional drug combined with orally 200mg of dl-3n-butylphthalide soft capsule, tid, for 30days. The both groups were evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke. Results The results of NIHSS in study group between control group had statistical difference. Conclusion Dl-3n-butylphthalide soft capsule and has effective on acute cerebral infarct.
