摘  要:【目的】研究建立以沼气为核心的西北能源生态模式环境效益评价指标体系的方法,旨在提供一种客观、科学的评价方法,为西北能源生态模式管理和区域环境保护提供依据。【方法】以区域环境可持续发展理论和评价分析为基础,结合环境效益评价的特点,构建西北能源生态模式环境效益评价指标体系和评价模型。【结果】西北能源生态模式环境效益评价指标体系包括系统结构、环境保护、环境效果和社会经济效益4类指标,这4类指标又分别包括6,8,5,4个二级指标。在计算了系统结构、环境保护、环境效果和社会经济效益4个方面评分的基础上,得到了西北能源生态模式的环境效益评价总分(EA),可按照EA值划分标准,对西北能源生态模式建设的环境效益进行评价。【结论】建立了以沼气为核心的西北能源生态模式环境效益评价指标体系和评价模型,可为西北能源生态模式建设应用和区域环境保护提供具有理论和实用价值的参考。[Objective] This study established an environmental benefit evaluation index system for en- ergy ecological model centering on biogas in Northwest China. [Method] Based on the theory of regional environmental sustainable development and evaluation analysis, an environmental benefit evaluation index system for energy ecological model in Northwest China was established in combination with characteristics of environmental benefits evaluation. [Result] The established evaluation index system for environmental benefits of energy ecological pattern in Northwest China included 4 indexes, system structure, environmen- tal protection, environmental effect and social-economic benefits, which could be further divided into 6,8,5, and 4 secondary level indexes,respectively. Evaluation aggregate (EA) of environmental benefits was cal- culated and standards were built to evaluate the environmental benefits of energy ecological pattern in Northwest China. [Conclusion] An environmental benefit evaluation index system for energy ecological model centering on biogas in Northwest China was established.
