摘 要:在二极管钳位型(NPC)三电平逆变器矢量控制系统中,存在着传统SVPWM算法复杂以及转子磁链观测精度不高等不足,提出一种基于三电平简化SVPWM及混合磁链观测的矢量控制方案,通过对空间电压矢量的分解及平移,达到简化算法的目的;引入一种混合模型的磁链观测器计算转子磁链,根据电机运行状态合理选择磁链观测模型。仿真分析与实验结果表明,基于该方法的NPC三电平逆变器矢量控制,具有动态性能好、转矩响应快,调速范围宽等优点。Since the complexity of traditional SVPWM algorithm and the poor estimation of rotor flux observer in the NPC three-level inverter vector control system, A method of vector control based on simplified three-level SVPWM and hybird flux observer was proposed, in which the space voltage vector is decomposed and transformed. The flux observation of hybrid model was introduced to calculate the rotor flux and choose the right flux observation model according to motor running condition. The simulation analysis and the experiment results show that the vector control of NPC three-leval inverter based on this method has a good dynamic performance, fast torque response and wide range speed regulation.
