摘　　要：目的:分析组织蛋白酶-D(Cathepsin-D)及微管相关蛋白(LC3)表达对宫颈鳞状细胞癌化疗效果的影响。方法:将73例接受化疗的宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者分为Cathepsin-D阳性组31例,Cathepsin-D阴性组42例,LC3阳性组34例,LC3阴性组39例,分别分析Cathepsin-D及LC3表达对化疗治疗效果的影响。结果:随着肿瘤分化程度的升高,Cathepsin-D及LC3表达程度均随之降低,Cathepsin-D阳性组患者化疗有效率明显低于Cathepsin-D阴性组,LC3阳性组患者化疗有效率明显低于LC3阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Cathepsin-D及LC3的表达可降低宫颈鳞状细胞癌化疗的疗效。Objective: To analyze the effects of cathepsin- D and microtubule associated protein( LC3) expressions on curative effect of chemotherapy of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: A total of 73 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma treated with chemotherapy were divided into cathepsin- D positive group( 31 patients) and cathepsin- D negative group( 42 patients),LC3 positive group( 34 patients) and LC3 negative group( 39 patients); the effects of cathepsin- D and LC3 expressions on curative effect of chemotherapy were analyzed,respectively. Results: With the increase of the degree of tumor differentiation,the expressions of cathepsin- D and LC3 decreased. The curative effect of chemotherapy in cathepsin- D positive group was significantly lower than that in cathepsin- D negative group,and the curative effect of chemotherapy in LC3 positive group was significantly lower than that in LC3 negative group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The expressions of cathepsin- D and LC3 can reduce the curative effect of chemotherapy for cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
