补肾益智颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗老年性痴呆64例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益智颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗老年性痴呆的效果。方法:128例随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例,治疗组用补肾益智颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,对照组单用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,1个月为一疗程,治疗3个疗程。治疗前后进行简易智能量表(MMSE)、阿尔兹海默病评价量表—认知量表(ADAS-Cog)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)、精神神经科问卷评估(NPI),评价各量表治疗前后分数及监测治疗前后两组血液流变学、血脂、脑脊液乙酰胆碱浓度变化。结果:两组治疗后MMSE评分增高,ADAS-Cog、ADL、NPI评分降低,与治疗前对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学、血脂、脑脊液乙酰胆碱浓度等改变均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗后血液流变学、血脂无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组治疗后脑脊液乙酰胆碱浓度与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(78.13%),对照组(60.9%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益智颗粒联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗老年性痴呆疗效优于单用盐酸多奈哌齐片。Objective： To observe the effects of Bushenyizhi granale combined with Donepezil in treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） .Methods： One hundred and twenty-eight patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease were randomLy divided into two groups ： The treatment group （ n=64 ） treated by Bushenyizhi granule combined with western medicine and the control group （ n=64 ） treated by western medicine.Thecognitive part of Alzheimer＇ s disease assessment scale （ ADAS- cog ） , mini-mental state exanilnation （ MMSE ） smart scale, activity of daily living （ ADL ） scale and mental neurologist assessment questionnaire （ NPI ） scale were observed and Monitoring of the two groups the blood rheology, blood lipid, cerebrospinal fluid concentration of acetylcholine before and after treatment respectively.Result： After treatment, both groups＇levels of MMSE were higher, levels of ADAS-Cog, ADL, NPI were lower significandy than those before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） , the indices of treatment group changed more significantly （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment the levels of the blood rheology, blood lipid, cerebrospinal fluid concentration of acetylcholine of the treatment group has a significant difference. than before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） , The control group after treatment the blood rheology and blood lipid has no obvious change （ P〉0.05 ） but the levels of cerebrospinal fluid concentration of acetylcholine has a remarkable difference compared with before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and the treatment group is more meaningful （ P〈0.05 ） .The treatment group total effective rate （ 78.13% ） was significantly higher than that of control group （ 60.9% ） （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Bushenyizhi granale combined with Donepezil has a better curative effect.
