摘　　要：环境的恶化、资源危机的出现使人们越来越关注生态环境和资源利用问题。单个企业环境治理成本极高且效果有限,需从整个供应链进行管理,即实施生态供应链管理。阐述了生态供应链的概念、系统构成,并分析了生态供应链特有的价值递送系统,揭示了生态供应链的形成机理和演化过程。Environmental deterioration and resource crisis makes people pay more attention to the problems of ecological environment and resources. Environmental problems governed by a single corporate leads to high cost and limited effects, so they should be managed by the entire supply chain. In other words, they can be resolved bythe implementation of ecological supply chain management. The paper describes the concept and composition of ecological supply chain, and analyzes the peculiar value delivery system in the ecological supply chain, reveals the formation mechanism and evolution process of ecological supply chain.
