摘 要:采用图论的方法分析了非树型机械系统的结构及其特点 ,对非树型系统树型化的铰切割方法进行了研究 ,给出了切割铰的选用原则和生成树的自动导出算法。采用 C++语言和面向对象技术设计了铰切割方法 ,冗余切割铰由计算机自动选择并切除 ,由此可将非树型机械系统化为树型机械系统 ,使得采用树型机械系统的动力学算法对非树型机械系统进行分析和求解成为可能。The structure and characteristics of non tree shape mechanical system are analyzed by the method of graph theory. The constraint cut method is used to make a non tree shape mechanical system to be a tree shape system. The selecting rules of redundant constraints and the automatic derived method of spanning tree are advanced. The constraint cut method is realized by C++ and the object oriented technique. The redundant constraints are selected and deleted automatically by computer. The non tree shape multi body system can be analyzed and solved by the dynamic algorithm of tree shape system. Finally, the feasibility of the method mentioned above is verified by an example about a human machine system model in a vehicle cab.
