摘 要:研究了3种不同环境条件下(温度10~35℃、pH 7~10、氮磷比 4~72)对芦苇秆浸出液抑制铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)生长的影响.结果表明,3种环境条件均对芦苇秆浸出液抑制铜绿微囊藻(以下简称“藻”)产生了不同程度的影响.培养12d后,不同温度条件下,35℃时芦苇秆浸出液的抑藻作用最强,抑制率为51.88%,10℃抑制率为42.86%,25℃抑藻作用最弱;在pH 7.0、7.5、8.0时,藻密度随pH的上升而上升,pH 8.9和9.6两组保持平缓下降,pH 9.6抑藻效果最好,培养6d后,抑制率达到了57.98%;不同氮磷比对芦苇秆浸出液抑藻作用的影响基本一致,均使藻密度呈现上升趋势,相对而言,当氮磷比为72时铜绿微囊藻生长最为缓慢.The effects of 3 different environmental conditions including temperature (10-35 ℃), pH (7-10) and the ratio of N/P (4-72) on the inhibition of Microcystis aeruginosa were studied. The results showed that au the 3 environmental condi- tions all lead to different algal inhibitary effects of Reed extract. After 12 days of cultivating under different temperatures, the algal inhibitary function with an inhibition rate of 51.88% was the strongest when the temperature was 35 ℃. The second strongest inhibitory function with the inhibition rate of 42.86% appeared when the temperature was 10℃; the weakest point appeared when the temperature was 25℃. Under different pH conditions, the algae cell density rose in the 3 pH7-8 groups. In the pH8.9 and pH 9.6 groups the densities declined steadily. The inhibitory effect was the best in pH 9.6 group, in which 6 days later the inhibition ratio reached 57.98%. Different N/P ratios have similar algal inhibitary effects on reed ex- tract where the algae densities all rose. and microcstis aerueinosa ,rew slowest when N/P ratio was 72.
