摘 要:在进行制动试验过程中,某样车油气悬挂装置连接体发生破裂失效故障.通过理论推断并辅之以有限元分析,认为连接体失效主要是因为热处理不当致使连接体处于异常脆性状态所致,从材料加工和结构优化设计提出连接体失效的解决措施.改进后的连接体结构已完成6 000 km样机试验,没有发生故障.结果表明解决措施有效.During the braking test, a connector body of pneumatic suspension was evolved in rupture failure. Through observation and theoretical inference complemented by finite element analysis, the conclusion is derived that the failure was mainly due to the improper heat treatment which resulted in an abnormal brittle state of connector_body. In this paper, the corresponding solutions are addressed and proved to be effective during the prototype test.
