摘 要:目的探讨如何改善护生对HIV感染者和艾滋病人歧视,为加强艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法综合培训前后采用自行设计的问卷分别调查486名护理本科生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为,并对两次调查结果进行比较分析。结果以ABC理论为基础对护生进行培训,培训前艾滋病知识总的知晓率为73.9%,培训后达到了89.1%,综合培训后护生对艾滋病知识知晓率较培训前明显提高。综合培训后护生对HIV感染者和艾滋病人的态度有所改善,其中对HIV感染者和艾滋病人应享有权利的变化十分明显,同意"不应禁止HIV检验阳性者结婚"和"不与感染HIV的朋友断绝往来"人数分别增加了28.8%和18.8%。但是护生对艾滋病患者的歧视态度仍然存在。结论综合培训能有效提高护生的艾滋病知识,但需要进一步做好歧视态度的转化。Objective To explore how to improve the discrimination on AIDS/HIV infected patients among nursing undergraduates, and to provide scientific evidence for further AIDS health education. Methods A total of 486 nursing undergraduates were investigated with self-designed questionnaire about AIDS knowledge, attitude and practice before and after comprehensive training. The investigated results were compared and analyzed. Results Nursing undergraduates were trained based on ABC theory. Total awareness knowledge about AIDS was 73.9% and 89.1% respectively before and after comprehensive training. The awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS after comprehensive training was significantly higher than that before comprehensive training among nursing undergraduates. Attitude of nursing undergraduates on AIDS/HIV infected patients improved after comprehensive training. The number of people approved "not to inhibit HIV positive to marry" and "not to contact with HIV-infected friends" increased by 28.8% and 18.8% respectively. But there was still a discrimination against AIDS patients. Conclusion Comprehensive training could increase the knowledge of AIDS among nursing undergraduates, but the transformation of discriminatory attitudes need to do a better job.
