牛磺酸对染矽尘大鼠肺组织纤维化的防治作用

摘　　要：目的探讨牛磺酸对大鼠矽肺纤维化的影响及作用。方法实验大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和牛磺酸治疗组,每组8只。检测各组大鼠血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化,进行肺湿干重、肺系数测定及肺组织病理学检查。结果牛磺酸可显著降低染矽尘大鼠肺内MDA含量,抑制组织脂质过氧化的发生,提高SOD活力。牛磺酸治疗组大鼠肺湿干重、肺系数及病理学指标皆得到显著改善。结论牛磺酸对二氧化硅引起的大鼠矽肺纤维化有一定的防治作用。Objective To explore the possible effects of taurine on silicosis rats. Methods Experimental rats were randomly divided into three groups （control group, silicosis model group and taurine group, 8 rats in each group）. Methane dicarboxylic aldehyde （MDA） content, superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and lung coefficient as well as other indexes were studied. Results Taurine could effectively decrease the MDA contents in lungs of silicosis rats. The activity of SOD and pathological indexes were all improved in taurin group compared with silicosis rats. Conclusion Taurine shows certain preventive and therapeutic effects on silicosis rats induced by silicon dioxide.
