中国人群HLA-DRB1基因多态性与宫颈癌易感性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人白细胞抗原-DRB1多态性与宫颈癌发病风险的关系。方法通过检索CNKI、VIP、万方、外文数据库等纳入关于中国人HLA-DRB1基因多态性与宫颈癌的病例对照研究的文献,选择OR值及其95%CI作为Meta分析指标。利用RevMan5.0和Stata11.0软件对结果进行异质性检验和效应值合并计算。结果宫颈癌组与对照组相比,等位基因HLA-DRB1*03、DRB1*08和DRB1*12是中国人群宫颈癌的保护基因(P均<0.05),等位基因HLADRB1*10、DRB1*14、DRB1*15、DRB1*0301、DRB1*0403、DRB1*0404、DRB1*0803、DRB1*1312和DRB1*1502是中国人群宫颈癌的危险基因(P均<0.05)。结论中国人群HLA-DRB1基因多态性与宫颈癌的发生有一定关联。Objective To explore the relationship between human leukocyte antigen-DRB1 （HLA-DRB1） polymorphism and the risk for cervical cancer.Methods Twelve literatures on case-controlled studies in China were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,WangFang database,CBM,PubMed,Medline,Elsevier Science,Springer Link,and Cochrane Library database,and the relationship between HLA-DRB1 polymorphism and cervical cancer was analyzed with meta-analysis.RevMan 5.0 and Stata 11.0 software was applied to process the data.Results HLA-DRB1 ＊ 03,DRB1 ＊ 08 and DRB1 ＊ 12 were the protective genotypes （all P〈0.05） in Chinese population.HLA-DRB1 ＊ 10,DRB1 ＊ 14,DRB1 ＊ 15,DRB1 ＊ 0301,DRB1 ＊ 0403,DRB1 ＊ 0404,DRB1 ＊ 0803,DRB1 ＊ 1312 and DRB1 ＊ 1502 were the risky alleles （all P 〈 0.05） in Chinese population.Conclusions HLA-DRB1 alleles are associated with cervical cancer in Chinese population.
