摘 要:钢筒仓在粮食储存方面发挥着重要作用。本文的研究对象是新型双壁多钉连接钢保温筒仓,对1个1 000t级仓容的筒仓进行了储料荷载作用下的有限元模拟,建立了多个模型,比较了在内、外环梁单独作用下,筒仓的受力情况以及有仓门开孔时的受力情况,研究了筒仓内环梁和外环梁的作用及仓门开孔的影响。研究结果表明:内、外环梁可改善筒仓受力性能;内、外环梁的作用可以互相渗透;仓门开孔对筒仓整体受力性能影响较小,但对其附近的仓壁板的受力削弱作用明显。Steel silo is of great importance in grain storage. A new double-wall fabricated steel insulation silo with multi ple bolted joints was researched in the paper. Finite element simulation of a 1000 ton silo under storing load was done to re search the function of the internal ring beam and external ring beam and the effect of silo door. Several finite element models were established to reveal the structure performance when the internal and external ring beams work separately. The structure performance for a whole silo with a door was analyzed finally. The following conclusions may be drawn by the research that the internal and external ring beams can improve the structure performance of silo, the function of internal and external ring beams can penetrate each other; the door opening has small effect on structure performance of the overall silo, but the wall nearby is wakened obviously.
