摘  要:CBE模式是以能力为中心培养人才的教育模式,对于以培养应用型人才为目标的旅游管理专业本科教学具有很好的借鉴意义。文章从CBE模式内涵分析入手,结合旅游管理本科教育的现状和湖北省普通高等学校战略性新兴(支柱)产业人才培养计划对旅游管理专业本科人才培养的要求,提出在培养目标确定、课程体系设置、教学方式改革、师资队伍建设、专业文化塑造、校企合作模式和评价反馈系统构建等方面培养职业能力突出的应用型旅游管理本科人才的CBE模式。The CBE mode of education centers on students' ability cultivation, which is significant to the undergraduate teaching of tourism management department of Hubei University For Nationalities,aims at training applied intellects. This essay starts from the analysis of the intension of CBE mode, combining with the current situation of undergraduate teaching of tourism and management, and the requirements of strategic talents cultivation of the institutions of higher education of Hubei province. The author proposes that the CBE mode should be constructed from the aspects of target setting, course system setting, reform of teaching methods, staff construction, cultural shape of subject, school- enterprise cooperation and evaluation feedback system. In this way, the CBE mode is to cultivate distinguished undergraduates with professional abilities majoring in tourism management.
