摘　　要：高校安全稳定不仅是人才培养的重要前提,也是学校自身发展的基本保障。文章探讨了高校安全稳定工作评价体系基本原则,设计出由组织体系、工作机制、条件保障和工作成效四个一级指标构成的高校安全稳定工作评价体系,并运用层次分析法进行了实证分析。Security and stability of colleges and universities is not only an important prerequisite for tal-ent training ,but also a basic guarantee of their ow n development .In this paper ,the basic principles for the evaluation system of security and stability work in colleges and universities are discussed ,and an evaluation system with four first-level indexes including organizational system ,work mechanism , condition ensuring and work performance is designed .And an empirical analysis is given by using the analytic hierarchy process .
