摘　　要：对海洋涂料领域国内外专利状况进行了全面分析,包括技术总体发展趋势、全球专利市场布局、专利技术国家分布、热点技术领域、创新团队、国外来华申请情况、国内申请情况等,指出了我国在海洋涂料专利申请方面存在的不足,从专利角度提出了我国海洋涂料技术及产业发展对策与建议。The profiles of domestic and foreign patents of marine coatings were analyzed and studied from aspects of overall development trends, publication country and priority country geographic distributions, key technology fields, innovation teams, foreign and domestic applications etc. Then the weak points of patent applications of marine coatings in China were pointed out. At last, suggestions for China＇s marine coatings industry from the patent perspective were put forward.
