多维视角下对新疆双语教育目标的思考

摘　　要：作为新疆双语教育发展的基点与导向,厘定新疆双语教育目标的定位与内涵,是关涉新疆双语教育能否更好更快发展的关键。既有新疆双语教育目标定位的缺陷主要表现为容易导致盲目追求二类双语教学模式规模的扩大、窄化双语教育人才培养目标、弱化双语教育的文化功能和难以形成相对完整的双语教育体系等方面。当下新疆双语教育目标界定需强调"人"的培养、凸显双语教育的"文化性"、建构相互衔接的双语教育目标体系。The faster and better development of bilingual education is to determine what the goals and the contents are, which is the essential base and orientation of bilingual education in Xinjiang. The existing goals have some defects, for example, it may easily lead to seeking blindly for the expansion of bilingual teaching, it may narrow down the training objectives, it may weaken the cultural function of bilingual education, and it is difficult to form a relatively complete system of bilingual education. Thus, we should emphasize people-orienteal training highlights the cultural nature of bilingual education, and construct the bilingual education system with the goals linked to each other.
