摘 要:参照车辆动力学方法,建立某车载炮重装空投着陆缓冲动力学模型,以着陆过程中货台的位移为激励,计算出悬架在该激励下的动力学响应,并通过分析悬架行程估算出悬架强度是否满足要求。在此基础上基于控制体积法和有限元法,利用LS-DYNA瞬态动力学分析软件,建立了某车载炮空投着陆缓冲系统的仿真模型,综合考虑了气囊、悬架及可压缩结构的缓冲效应,据此分析了缓冲系统的缓冲特性和车架强度,为车载武器系统空投着陆方式设计提供了依据。Based on the vehicle dynamics method,the dynamics model of the vehicle-mounted gun for heavy cargo airdrop during soft landing buffer was established,as the motion of cargo was known,the dy-namics response of the suspension under the stimulation was calculated,and the strength of the suspen-sion was estimated by means of analysis of suspension stroke.Based on the control volume method and fi-nite element method,the model of the airdrop landing system was established with the help of compre-hensively consideration of buffer effect of airbags,suspensions and crushable foam by use of LS-DYNA software,and thus the buffering properties of the buffer system and the strength of frame were analyzed. This method can provide an important reference for the soft landing mode design of the vehicle-mounted weapon system.
