摘　　要：高职院校思想道德修养与法律基础课教学要紧密结合实际,坚持马克思主义理论的指导,以科学发展观为统领,坚持"以学生为本",确立全面、协调、可持续发展的教育理念,这样才有利于引导学生树立自信心和责任感,激发学生学习的积极性。The ideological and moral cultivation and legal basic course teaching of higher vocational colleges should closely with practice, adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory, to the scientific outlook on development, adhere to the ＂based on students＂, establishing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of education concept, such ability to guide students to establish self-confidence and sense of responsibility, arouse the enthusiasm of students learning.
