论社会性别视角下我国女性高等教育的公平发展:问题与对策

摘　　要：当前经济社会的发展实践必然要求人本发展,必然要求实现教育公平,尤其是高等教育性别平等。目前,在高等教育领域,事实上尚存在诸多制约教育公平发展、阻碍教育性别平等的问题亟待解决。因此,运用社会性别视角科学探析目前制约我国女性高等教育公平发展的问题及成因,科学设计保障女性高等教育公平发展之路径,实现高等教育性别平等,这是人本发展的必然要求,是发展女性高等教育事业,推进教育公平,落实男女平等基本国策和实践科学发展观的科学举措。The human-oriented development is required inevitably in the development practice of the present economic society. And of course, the educational equality, especially the gender equality in higher education is also needed. In fact, lots of problems are needed to be solved in the higher educational field, which impede the development of educational equality and gender equality of education. As a result, the inevitable requirements of human-oriented development include the analysis of the problems and their causes which hinder the development of the equitable development of women＇s higher education in China from the perspective of social gender theory, the scientific design of the ways to guarantee the equitable development of the higher education of Chinese women, and the realization of the gender equality in higher education. M1 above are the scientific efforts to develop women＇s higher education, to impel the educational equality, to implement the basic national policy like gender equality, and to practice the scientific outlook on development.
