摘　　要：目的分析临床缺血性脑血管病患者大脑动脉环(Willis环)的完整性及解剖变异情况。方法随机选择2013年1—3月行头颈CT动脉成像(CTA)115例,比较男女间Willis环的完整性及变异分型差异。结果 Willis环前部完整型占41.74%,不完整型占58.26%;Willis环后部完整型占15.65%,不完整型占84.35%。Willis环前部和后部完整性无性别差异。结论缺血性脑血管病患者Willis环解剖变异多见,提示缺血性脑血管病的防治需要重视侧支循环的建立。Objective To analyze the integrity and anatomic variations of circle of Willis （Willis） in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The male-female typing differences about integrity and anatomic vari- ations of the circle of Willis in random 115 patients during anuary 2013 and March 2013, who underwent CT angiography （CTA） in head and neck, were compared. Results The complete ratio of anterior portions of Willis circle was 47. 20% , and incomplete ratio was 58.26% ; the complete ratio of posterior portions of Willis circle was 15.62% , and in- complete ratio was 84.36% ~ There was no statistical significance about the integrity of the anterior and posterior portions of Willis circle in gender. Conclusion Abnormal anatomic variation of the circle of Willis is common in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, so it is important to set up collateral circulation for the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
