摘 要:目的研究脑出血组及对照组之间微出血发生率的差异,明确微出血是否为脑出血危险因素。方法选取2011年6月—2013年4月住院的305例急性脑出血(脑出血组)以及与之在一般资料方面相匹配的415例体检者(对照组)进行脑微出血的临床及磁共振影像研究。结果对照组脑微出血发生率16.6%,脑出血组脑微出血发生率44.6%,脑出血组发生微出血的比例较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),脑出血不同部位之间的脑微出血发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑出血患者脑微出血发生率高,对其进行二级预防具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the differences of cerebral microbleeds between patients with cerebral hem- orrhage and the controls in order to find out whether cerebral mierobleeds is a risk factor of cerebral hemorrhage or not. Methods During June 2011 and April 2013, 305 inpatients (group A) with acute cerebral hemorrhage and 415 persons group B) taking medical examinations, and whose general informations were matched with the 305 patients information, were collected, and clinical data and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results of cerebral microbleeds were analyzed in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of the cerebral microbleeds was 16.6% in group B and 44.6% in group A respectively, and the incidence rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 〈 0.05). The differences of incidence rate of cerebral microbleeds among different locations showed no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Con- clusion Incidence rate of cerebral microbleeds is high in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and so it is instructive for patients undergoing the secondary prevention.
