摘　　要：吕祖谦是宋代著名学者、大理学家,吕祖谦和闽地、闽人及闽学之间有着千丝万缕的联系。他与闽人交往密切,不仅和闽地的多位学者有师生之谊,更与朱熹是至交好友。吕祖谦开创的婺学(吕学)和以朱熹为代表的闽学,同是二程理学的分支,二者同根同源,血脉相连。Abstract： Lv Zuqian is a famous scholar of the Song Dynasty, a great expert of Neo-confucian- ism. He has complicated connections with Min School and close relations with Fujianese, some of whom, are his teachers or students. The most mentionable one is the relationship between him and Zhuxi. Wu School （ Lv School） , which was created by Lv Zuqian and Min School, represented by Zhu Xi, sharing same root and blood, both are direct branches of Neo-Confucianism by Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi.
