摘  要:目的观察非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)在不同血尿酸(SUA)水平人群中的分布,探讨SUA与NAFLD的相关性。方法选取NAFLD患者(NAFLD组)298例及健康对照者(NC)286名,进一步按SUA水平的四分位数进行分组,比较各组NAFLD的患病率,并进行Logistic回归分析。结果与NC组比较,NAFLD组发病年龄更小,BMI、FPG、SUA、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、TC、TG、LDL-C、SBP、DBP、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均升高,仅HDL-C降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,随着SUA水平的升高,发生NAFLD的风险性增大,趋势差异有统计学意义。结论 SUA水平与NAFLD密切相关。Objective To observe the distribute in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients with defferent serum uric acid (SUA) level and explore the correlation between SUA and NAFLD. Methods 298 patients with NAFLD (NAFLD group) and 286 normal control (NC group) subjects were selected in this study. Then the SUA levels of all subjects were divided into four ranges to compare the prevalence of NAFLD among the groups. At the same time, Logistic regression analysis were applied. Results Compared with NC group , NAFLD group is younger and had higher BMI, FPG, SUA, ALT, AST, GGT, TC, TG, LDL-C,SBP, DBP, HOMA-IR, and lower HDL-C(P^0.05). The risks for NAFLD are gradually higher along with increasing serum uric acid levels. Conclusion The level of serum uric acid was closely associated with NAFLD.
