摘　　要：本文综述了植物保健油中的主要活性成分不饱和脂肪酸的功能、作用原理和分离技术,阐述了植物保健油在医药、化妆品、食品行业中的应用,并对植物保健油的发展前景和市场需求进行了展望,以期为植物保健油的研究与开发提供参考。The health functions, action mechanisms and separation techniques of bioactive unsaturated fatty acids in the plant health care oil were summarized, and its application in medicine, cosmetics and food industry was introduced in the paper.The development prospect and market demand of the plant health care oil were forecasted in order to provide reference for further research and exploration.
