摘  要:介绍了一种针对振荡器谐波抑制度指标,采用CST分析并进行优化,利用截止波导替代Q波段BJ500波导,设计截止波导-微带变换电路、E面截止波导滤波器、弯波导等,并采用CST和ads2009进行了联合仿真的设计方法,给出了Q波段倍频频率源的谐波测试结果,仿真结果和测试结果比较符合。In this paper, a design method that replacing the Q -band BJ500 waveguide with the cut- off waveguide which could improve harmonic suppression of the oscillator was introduced based on CST. Applying this method, a cut - off waveguide E - plane septum bandpass and a cut - off waveguide to microstrip transition were presented. Both the joint simulation results of CST and ADS2009 and the test result of Q - band frequency multiplier source were presented respectively. It showed that the simulated and test result are in good consistency.
