城市民族社区场域下的社会工作本土化——以回族社区为视点

摘　　要：如何借鉴西方社会工作的理论与方法,立足本国实际,提炼和总结本土经验,构建具有本土特色的社会工作,成为中国社会工作发展所面临的重要和首要问题。立足于城市民族社区场域,探讨和建构中国本土特色的社会工作,是一个重要且亟待研究的课题。文章尝试以回族社区为例,探讨实现伊斯兰教伦理与社会工作价值观互动、融合的机制,对本土经验的积累、加快社会工作理论与方法本土化的进程,不失为一次有意义的探索。而这一过程也预示着,社会工作在城市回族社区有着广阔的发展空间与活动舞台,伊斯兰教伦理和社会工作价值观将成为城市回族社区发展的重要文化资源。How to combine with the China＇ s situation to learn and use for reference to social work theory and mothods in western countries, and to build the characteristic of social work in china is very important. In case of the field of Hui Community in Urban , the paper has study the mechanism of the interation and amalgamation between social work values and the moral principles of Islamism, that is an significant research for the indigenization of social work in China. Social work will play more significant role in Hui Community in Urban. Social work values and moral principles of Islamism also will become the important culture resources for the development of Hui Community.
