西南民族地区经济发展中区域合作战略的实施——以四川省三州为例

摘　　要：西南民族地区从地理位置上看偏居我国西南内陆,加快实施区域合作战略,对于西南民族地区经济和社会的发展都具有十分重要的意义。四川省的三州地区作为西南重要的民族聚居区,在进行区域经济合作方面具有天然的劣势,但同时对于区域合作战略的开展又具有迫切的需求。因此,加强四川省三州与周边地区的区域合作,就显得十分必要。Southwest ethnic areas are located in the southwest of China, and speeding up the implementation of the strategy of regional cooperation is significant for economic and social developments in the southwest national areas. Because of far from the coast, as an important of southwest ethnic communities, the three states in Sichuan province have some bad factors in regional economic cooperation, but at the same time they are badly in need of the implementation of the strategy of regional cooperation. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the regional cooperation between three states of Sichuan province and surrounding areas.
