摘　　要：提出了生成数字签名标准 DSS中的素数 p和 q( q| p- 1 )的一个新方法。应用 VisualJ++6 .0语言 ,给出了用该方法生成 p和 q的源程序。生成的 p为 51 2～ 1 0 2 4 bit,q为 1 6 0 bit。A new method to generate the big prime integer p and q(｜p-1)in DSS(Digital Signature Standard)is proposed The new method is easy to realize by Visual J ++ 6 0 software The original program is given,the resulted big prime integer p is 512 ~1024 bit and q is 160 bit Using the new method a real example is given at the end of the paper
