益气调营法治疗表虚气陷腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气调营法治疗表虚气陷腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将72例患者按1∶1随机分为两组,两组均予金双歧调节肠道菌群,对照组加用思密达止泻,治疗组加用益气调营法中西医结合治疗,疗程28 d,治疗前后观察两组患者腹痛或不适、排便急迫感、排便不尽感、排便次数、粪便性状及不良反应情况。结果治疗组在改善腹痛或不适、便次异常、黏液便方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01),同时,治疗组在改善排便急迫感、排便不尽感及总有效率方面亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组便秘2例,治疗组未见不良反应。结论益气调营法治疗表虚气陷腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效满意且作用安全。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqitiaoyin method treating irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type.Methods：72 cases of irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 in each group.Both groups were given Jinshuangqi to regulate gut flora,the control group was added with Smecta to stop diarrhea,the treatment group was added with the treatment of conifying Qi and regulating Yin.Both groups were treated for 28 days.In both groups,the changes of the symptoms of abdominal pain or discomfort,tenesmus,defecation felt not complete,changes of stool frequency,stool shape and properties,and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results：Compared with control group,symptoms of abdominal pain or discomfort,abnormal stool urgency and frequency,and mucous stool in treatment group were significantly improved （P＜0.01）.Compared with control group,the symptoms of tenesmus,defecation felt not complete,and the total effective rate in treatment group were improved（P＜0.05）.Constipation occurred in two cases in control group while there was no adverse reaction in treatment group.Conclusion：Yiqitiaoyin method treating irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type has satisfactory clinical effect and safety,so it is worth futher study.
