摘　　要：国内外研究表明:阅读疗法对治疗抑郁症具有费用低、副作用小、疗效显著的优点。抗抑郁书方(书药处方)的研制是世界各国阅读疗法研究的重点。该文根据多年大学生抑郁症阅读疗法书方研究经验,以《生命的重建》为例,介绍了这本抗抑郁有效验方的研制过程及其适应症、作用、服用方法、注意事项等。分析了该书的药性及作用机制,提出了阅读疗法书方研制要遵循科学化、规范化的原则。Both the domestic and foreign researches show that reading therapy as the treatment of de- pression has the advantages of low cost, minor side effects and distinct curative effects. The development of anti-depressant book party is the key point of reading therapy research around the world. Based on the col- lege students＇ depression reading therapy book prescription research experience for many years, taking the book you can heal your life for example, this paper introduces the process of development of the effective antidepressant book prescriptions and its indications, functions, treatment methods and precautions, etc. It analyzes the medicinal properties and mechanism of action, and puts forward that reading therapy book pre- scription development should follow the scientific and standardized principles.
