低聚壳聚糖对中华绒螯蟹免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨低聚壳聚糖对中华绒螯蟹免疫功能的影响,在基础饲料中分别添加0.05‰、0.1‰、0.2‰、0.4‰的低聚壳聚糖,对均重为(15.78±3.21)g的中华绒螯蟹进行为期28 d的饲养试验。在试验开始后第14、28天进行血液免疫学指标测定,结果表明,饲料中添加一定水平的低聚壳聚糖能够显著提高河蟹呼吸爆发活性,血清酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶和过氧化氢酶的活性(P<0.05)。河蟹的免疫保护率明显提高,各添加组的免疫保护率分别为12.5%、37.5%、62.5%、50%,其中200 mg添加组最高。综合考虑,低聚壳聚糖的适宜添加量为0.2‰。A 28-day feeding trial was conducted to study the effect of diets containing different level of chi- tooligosaccharide （ 0‰, 0.05‰, 0.1‰, 0.2‰, 0.4‰） on immune function of Chinese mitten-handed crabs （Erioc he ir sine n- sis） with initial mean weight of （15.78 ± 3.21）g.The immune indices of haemolymph was determined after 14 and 28 days of feeding.The results showed that： Chitooligosaceharide could significantly improve the activities of respiratory burst, serum phenoloxidase,superoxide dismutase,lysozyme,and catalase （P〈 0.05）.Consequently,the immunoprotection rate of E.sinensis was enhanced.which of each adding group were 12,5% ,37.5% ,62.5% ,50% ,respectively,and 200 mg adding group was the nighest.The suitable dosage of chitooligosaccharide was 0.2‰.
