摘　　要：简述CRH5型动车组制动夹钳单元的结构原理和维修特性,建立制动夹钳单元运用维护检修制度,包括检修思想、检修周期和检修方法等内容,论述制动夹钳单元在运用维护周期内的检修工作内容。The paper briefly describes the structure principle and maintenance features for brake caliper unit of CRH5 EMU, establishes the maintenance overhaul instruction during its application, including the maintenance principle, maintenance period and overhaul method, and analyzes the maintenance overhaul work contents during brake caliper＇s application period.
