摘　　要：运用峰谷电价可以实现削峰填谷,降低用户电能成本,有效地减少电网备用容量,减少和延缓电源及电网投资,对于提高电网经济运行及全社会资源配置水平具有重要意义。随着峰谷电价执行效果的显现,近年来物价部门对于峰谷电价执行范围进行了调整,针对这一政策,从传递不对等电价信息、释放反向激励信号、加剧电价交叉补贴等3方面对峰谷电价执行范围调整的主要特征及意义进行了分析,并提出相应建议。The peak and valley price can achieve peak load shifting and valley filling, reduce the user cost of electric energy, effectively reduce the power grid reserve capacity, reduce and delay power supply and power grid investment. It has very important significance for improving the economic operation of the power grid and the entire social resources allocation level. With the display of peak and valley price implementation result, in recent years, the price department adjusted peak and valley price implementation ranges. According to this policy, from 3 aspects of transferringunequal price information, releasing the reverse excitation signal, exacerbating price cross subsidies the artielehas carried on the analysis ofmainly feature and signifieanee for the peak and valley price implementation range adjustment, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
