摘 要:根据短程曲线的测地曲率原理和圆锥齿轮球面渐开线形成原理,提出了一种非圆锥齿轮的球面渐开线形齿廓设计方法。首先,基于非圆锥大端球面节曲线的测地曲率,构建节点当量圆锥齿轮;然后,利用该节点当量圆锥齿轮的球面渐开线齿廓构建非圆锥齿轮的球面渐开线齿廓;最后,通过坐标转换矩阵和数据计算,在CATIA中三维建模,并进行运动分析。经过仿真分析,这种方法设计的非圆锥齿轮能够实现变速比交轴传动,运动误差小,且齿轮传动平稳。这种方法设计的非圆锥齿轮,主要目的是为产形线切齿法在非圆锥齿轮的球面渐开线齿形加工方面的推广及应用。According to the principle of geodesic curvature of differential geometry ann me iormlng theory of spherical involute of bevel gears , a method of spherical involute tooth profile design is put forward. First, the equivalent bevel gear of the pitch point is built based on the principle of the geodes- ic curvature of spherical pitch curve big end. Second, tooth profile of the noncircular bevel gear is built through the spherical involute tooth profile of equivalent bevel gear at this pitch point. Finally, 3D modeling is built in CATIA through the coordinate transformation matrix and data calculation, and then motion analysis is carried out. From simulation analysis, this method of designing noncircular bevel gear can realize variable speed ratio transmission, movement error is small and the gear operating is in a smooth and steady manner. The main purpose of designing noncircular bevel gear by this meth- od is promotion and application of generating--line method in processing aspect of noncircular bevel gear with spherical involute tooth profile.
